Old Bakery Distillery Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This competition is organised by Old Bakery Distillery Limited, located at The Old Bakery, 2 – 3 Pymmes Mews, London N13 4PF (the “Promoter”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
2. Eligibility
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18+ at the time of entry.
- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
- There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
- Internet access and a valid Instagram account are required.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens on Thursday 7th August 2025 and closes at 23:59 BST on Monday 11th August 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:
- Follow @OldBakeryGin on Instagram
- Like and save the competition post
- One additional entry will be given per friend tagged in the comments
No purchase is necessary.
5. Prize
The prize consists of:
1 50cl bottle Old Bakery Gin, 6 bottles of Fever Tree Tonic Water, 1 Grapefruit, 1 Basil plant.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries submitted via Instagram.
- The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered within 72 hours of the competition closing.
- If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees to the Promoter using their name, social media account and image in promotional material (including reposting the winning entry).
8. Data Protection

9. General
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the competition and these terms and conditions where necessary.
- The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the competition.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
