8 Year Old Light Peaty Malt London Whisky
The Ministry of Defence asked us to produce a light Peaty Smoky Malt Whisky.
We seasoned several 50 litre ex bourbon casks which had been used for new product development and experimentation by a major US Bourbon Distillery.
The result has been a very easy to drink peaty whisky with a Phenol Level of 7 – 8 (PPM)
